1. Age & Identification
- Renter must be at least 25 years old (16 to drive)
- Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, state ID, passport) to rent
- ID must match the name on the rental agreement.
2. Driver’s License
- Valid driver’s license required.
- License must be current, not expired, and in good standing
3. Security Deposit
- Credit card authorization required for security deposit.
- Deposit amount: $500 cash or credit cards
- Holds are released after inspection and return (subject to bank processing times).
4. Rental Agreement
- Signed UTV Rental Agreement required.
- Agreement covers terms, liability waivers, and rental period.
5. Insurance & Liability
- We will provide the insurance with a $500 deposit
- Renter financially responsible for damages not covered by insurance up to the $500 deposit
6. Safety Gear & Training
- Helmet requirement (provided or renter brings their own).
- Safety briefing/orientation required before riding.
- Renter must acknowledge understanding of safety rules.
7. Riding Rules & Restrictions
- UTV must be returned with:
- No major damage
- At least agreed level of fuel
- Only authorized drivers listed on agreement may operate.
- No racing, stunts, or off-limit area riding.
- Obey local laws, trails, and land regulations.
8. Payment
- Full rental payment due at pickup/booking.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit cards (Visa, MC), debit card (if permitted).
9. Cancellation & Late Return
- Cancellation policy outlined (e.g., full refund if canceled ≥48 hrs).
- Late return fee: $0 if less than half a day after that a full day rental
